Flying Zen
Flying zen classes are based on yin yoga. We practice yin yoga poses on the yoga swing.
Yin yoga means holding poses for 3 to 5 minutes. By holding the pose, the muscles relax, and we can target the fascia/connective tissue. Since every body is different,t I will teach you how to adapt the pose to suit your body.
The benefit of the yoga swing: it can support you more, add intensity, or lower the intensity; that is the fun of the swing's multi-layered possibilities.

Arzier & Begnins
A little note: On sunny days, we may take our practice outdoors, where the swing may not always be available.
Flying Fascia
Stretch, tone and strengthen as you explore the body’s fascial lines and awaken greater mobility and body awareness.
The swing adds an element of instability, engaging deeper muscles and challenging your core control, while also offering support for deeper, more restorative stretches.
Rejuvenate, energize and leave feeling stronger and more connected to your body.
